Owner, Justin Harbinson
Justin started in business as a licensed contractor in 2005 and formed JLH Construction and Design to provide our clients with complete end to end design and construction services. His wife Lisa, who holds certificates in design and fashion, assists our clients design efforts bringing years of artistic, interior design and staging experience to the construction process. She assists our clients in taking the vision they have for their homes to create a working design. She assists with selection of finishes and guides placement of furnishings in the end.
Justin graduated from the University of California at Davis with a B.A. in Economics as well as minors in Chemistry and Mathematics. He grew up with a passion for quality construction and fine detail. He has over 25 years of experience in the construction and business management fields and founded the company with one goal, to provide our clients with impeccable service and stunning results.
